Jeannie Horsfield - Director

Jeannie HorsfieldJeannie founded steppingstones uk in 2003. She is an accredited Anger and Stress Management Consultant, Life Mastery Coach, Associate trainer with ‘Interaction’, who specialise in Leadership, behavioural and organisational change. As an Associate Trainer with Interaction she has worked on large scale behavioural change programmes with companies such as HBOS, Thomas Sanderson & Fairbridge. She is Northern Coordinator and a Mentor with the transformational training organisation “More to Life”. Jeannie is an experienced trainer and assessor and has worked with Parenting Practitioners, focusing on families with multiple and complex needs. She is a practicing NLP Practitioner, Thought Field Therapist and ‘Appraisal360’ facilitator/coach.

[spoiler]Jeannie has worked in the field of personal development training for over 20 years supporting others to have the benefit of transformational training programmes and has been extensively involved in Leadership and Organisational Development.

In the public sector Jeannie has negotiated contracts and delivered successful programmes working with staff and young adults, in Connexions, YMCA, Youth Offending Service, collages, schools, the Looked-After Children’s Service. As a mother of four boys Jeannie has a passion for supporting and empowering her own children and parents and children within families.[/spoiler]

Graham Kean - Associate
Graham KeanGraham is an Applied Psychosynthesis Practitioner, Life Mastery Coach, Personal Development / Transformational Trainer, Thought Field Therapist and ‘Appraisal360’ facilitator/coach. He has worked with many people from all parts of the community, with varied and diverse backgrounds. Graham has run his own Training and Coaching practice for 6 years and is a Practitioner with the International Association of Coaching (IAC). He is now a partner in steppingstones uk. Prior to this he worked for the national charity Youth at Risk (UK) as a Lead Trainer and Operations Manager. He was responsible for the development, implementation & delivery of the “New Deal” personal development “Coaching for Employment” programmes for Knowsley Borough Council, Liverpool City Council and the “Deal Me In” programme for City of Edinburgh Council.
[spoiler]This involved working with chronically unemployed people over a 6-month programme. He was part of a team that gained three National Awards for the above. The programme now has over 1,800 graduates.

Graham was also a consultant on “Coaching for Community” programmes all over England, as well as Belfast, Holland and Sweden. These are designed to give young people at risk from crime, drugs and broken homes a chance to confront their lives, rebuild relationships and commit to change. He has trained over 2000 volunteers as mentors as well as hundreds of young people who participated in the programmes. He has worked in many schools with years 10, 11 & 12 and worked with students in Universities and Colleges delivering Leadership Programmes nationally.[/spoiler]
